It’s a(nother) new year…

From all the promise to all the anxiety, a new calendar year always seems to bring up… stuff. Regardless of what it brings up for you — which, I hope is good, positive, and productive — 2019 is upon us. We can all do well to face it with eyes open, open to possibilities!
